Bug Juice Wine

Good day everyone. .. Just a quick question...

The it is possible to do the wine (the small quantities) of a little juice of farms and grape (or the other non Labrador ingredients) store of nutrition? The je've heard about to put a ball on the bottle or something.. does this work? How can this to be done, and how I will know when fermentation/ready done il's to drink? Is this sure? Also, would it feel bad and attracts probably insects/smile?

Any assistance/ideas a lot would be appreciated.
